About Tweak Land Company:

2006:
Tweak Land Company (TLC) was founded in July 2006 by Fabian Tweak. It started out as a small land company that focused on discounting. When new sims were added in August 2006 TLC rushed into the new sims along side many other residents. TLC "grabbed" a large share of the land added to the grid and established itself in the Teen Second Life market. Unreal Land Sales held the largest share of the market but TLC's share continued to increase. In September 2006 TLC bought out Unreal Land Sales and became the largest land company on the grid. Harbinger Land Holdings, that entered the market with the release of the new sims in August, also started to expand. Tweak Land Company and Harbinger Land Holdings remained as market leaders into December 2006. In mid-December TLC bought out Harbinger Land Holdings. This gave TLC a commanding share of the land market. TLC maintained a 40% market share and for a couple of weeks was the only organized land seller on the grid. However, the vacuum created by Harbinger Land Holdings departure was eventually filled as new companies established themselves. Ty Dejavu and Noremac Click became leaders of this new generation of sellers.

2007:
In mid February TLC temporarily shut its doors, selling its market share to Noremac Click. The operation suspension was due to the fact Fabian Tweak (owner of TLC) was busy in rl. In early June TLC reopened. In mid June TLC also revamped its linden selling program by adding new user interface and through an in game marketing (now know as Tweak Linden Sales / TLS ). By July 2007 TLC already reestablished itself an a premier land seller on the teen grid. TLS also offers the best price on third party linden and it does a brisk business.
